Aug.15. What a mess! Summer holidays in Italy and everybody goes swimming! Even myself who braved the oceans…eh, eh, now braves crowdie beaches and dangerous local species, such as bunches of kids restlessly jumping into the water, and sun burned skin-divers who frantically crop tons of mussels…
Looking for wilderness? Nothing but an occasional palombo (dogfish) which doesn’t hurt mankind at all in spite of being a shark. On the contrary the poor fish is hunted on account of its jucy flesh…
So if you travel this side of the World, it would be hard for you to miss palombo at least as an ingredient of a soup! Believe me, you would not be disappointed.
